Cats vs. Dogs, the Great Debate

The Great Debate: Which are better, Cats or Dogs?

I guess the question should be further defined to really be answered, if there is an answer.  We’ll save that for another day.

We are constantly categorizing everything we see in our world.  Those categories are then usually prioritized or, to use a different term, judged.  When we catch ourselves, we can step back and embrace the human need to categorize but fight the need to rate or judge things against each other.  There is a real, scientific or otherwise very official reason we categorize, but what about the judging.  Is it inherent that we put ourselves above others?  Our ideas above others?

This might seem a little philosophical for the Cat vs. Dog discussion.  Would there even be a debate if the two were considered equal and not judged against one another?  Let’s set this aside for a bit and get to some differences in Cat vs. Dog companionship and see what we discover.  Just for fun, here are some fun facts about each, Dogs and Cats…

I love this little chart! What a great find. This is such a great debate too. It’s interesting to see the types of people that fall into the different categories. I’m still conflicted about what side I fall on!
